Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Diald Club iOS app and website. By using Diald Club, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps distributed through the App Store.

Apple standard EULA

Diald Club uses Apple's standard EULA. You can review it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Subscriptions

Diald Club offers an optional auto-renewable subscription named Supporter Monthly. Subscription pricing and duration are shown in the app before purchase and are confirmed by Apple's purchase sheet.

Free accounts can log five lifetime extractions. Deleted extractions still count toward that allowance. An active Supporter Monthly subscription enables unlimited extraction logging after Diald verifies the Apple transaction with its server.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID after purchase confirmation.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewal; it does not remove access already paid for during the current period.

Accounts and your content

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the beans, brews, recipes, steps, ratings, notes, reminders, and other content you add to Diald Club. Do not upload or share content that you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Diald Club to violate laws or the rights of others.

Third-party services

Diald uses service providers to host and operate the app, plus Apple services for App Store purchases and notifications, Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In when selected. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. Brew analysis runs on your device and does not send your selected brew data to a third-party AI provider.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
